Youth, Community and Anti-racism Programme (Y-CAP)

The Youth, Community and Anti-racism Programme - a dynamic, community-rooted programme that supports the delivery of the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan (ARWAP) through a targeted youth engagement, community advocacy, and anti-racism and anti-Islamophobia programme. We will also input strategically into improved representation of and understanding of ethnic minorities in policy development across Welsh Government to ensure longer term benefits and contribution to an Anti-racist Wales.
